People sometimes look at me strangely and bombard me with questions when I say that I don’t want or need any new things other than the ones I have now. They ask, why am I waiting for the current ones to finish? Why don’t I want to have the latest iPhone or MacBook or any other cool thing? Why am I constantly rather trying to get rid of what I have in order to have less stuff?
What kind of freak is this? Why do I give away, sell or recycle these things?
So why should you want less stuff?
- Less is better. Less is more.
- Less means you spend less. Then you need less storage space. You also need a smaller house.
- Less means less to worry about. You are looking for less. Don’t be held back by clutter.
- Less means you can travel lighter and faster.
- You are freer.
- You can focus on more important and better things.
- You spend less time doing things and more time doing things.
- Less is more sustainable and beautiful!
